Whenever possible, we recommend hand washing the garment and laying it flat on any clean, smooth surface. If machine washing is desired, use a short, delicate cycle at 30 degrees Celsius or lower, without fabric softener, and wash with similar knit items. Due to its high wool and alpaca content, be careful when washing, as hot water may cause shrinkage. Do not tumble dry.

Returns for Failure to Pick Up Shipment
If the order is returned because the customer has not collected it within the timeframe established by the courier company, the following charges will apply:
- National shipping : €5
- International shipping : €15
These charges correspond to the costs generated by the initial shipment and return of the package.
