Shop assistant, morning shift
Job description:
At Antonieta, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our sales team at our store in Gràcia, Barcelona. In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service, advising on size, style, and trends. You'll also be responsible for managing and preparing online orders, as well as overseeing both store and warehouse stock.
Functions and responsibilities:
- Personalized attention to customers to find suitable clothing and accessories.
- Maintain the organization and visual presentation of the store.
- Make sales efficiently using the point of sale system.
- To foster collaboration and a positive environment within the team.
- Contribute to individual and team sales goals.
- Online order preparation and returns management.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication in Catalan and Spanish.
- Knowledge of English to handle international sales.
- Passion for fashion and trends.
- Previous experience in sales or fashion (optional).
- Friendly attitude and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and dynamism.
- Organization and attention to detail.
