HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN?

We explain how to make your return in 3 simple steps:

1. Let us know

Send us an e-mail to hola@antonietabcn.com and tell us the reason for your return.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to send your return. Don't forget to attach the invoice, the correctly labeled and unused parts.

At Antonieta we reserve the right to not accept a return if it is not within this period.

2. Choose the return method

Choose whether you want to send it yourself or if you prefer to use one of our courier companies. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have chosen to send the package to us on your own, please send it to:

If you have chosen to do so through one of our messaging services, we will explain how to do so when we respond to your email.

3. Receive your refund

Once we receive the package in good condition, and following the instructions mentioned above, the amount you previously paid will be refunded within 5 working days. The payment will be made to the same credit card you used to make the payment. If you have requested one of our courier services, we will deduct the shipping costs, since, as we have previously mentioned, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN STORE

You can also come to our store at 15 Torrijos Street in Barcelona to make your exchange or return. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to send your return. Don't forget to attach the invoice, the correctly labeled and unused parts.
