RETURNS

To process a return, it is essential that the clothing is correctly tagged and in perfect condition. You have until January 20, 2026 to make the return, and you must include the receipt or invoice .

Items not returned in good condition or without their original tags will not be accepted. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN?

We'll explain how to make your return in 3 easy steps:

1. Access the returns page

Go to devoluciones.antonietabcn.com with your order number (#OANT...) and email to start the process.

Choose the products you want to return and how to submit the return.

2. Send your return

Send your return using your chosen shipping method.

3. Receive your refund

Once we receive the package in good condition, and following the instructions above, you will be refunded the amount you previously paid within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the same card you used for the original payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN STORE

You can also come to our store at 15 Torrijos Street in Barcelona to make your exchange or return. You have until January 20, 2026. Don't forget to include the invoice, and the items must be properly labeled and unused.

At Antonieta we reserve the right not to accept a return if it is not within this period.

Return shipping costs in Spain are handled through Correos and Correos Express.
