This model is handcrafted in Kenya.
They are made from sisal, a very thick and irregular natural fiber that can damage other fabrics when rubbed against, especially knitted ones.

Returns for Failure to Pick Up Shipment
If the order is returned because the customer has not collected it within the timeframe established by the courier company, the following charges will apply:
